Refund Rules
Revision date: 7 October 2026. These rules cover digital-access payments and Literna payment-balance top-ups.
Operator and contact
Literna (https://literna.net) is operated by Фізична особа-підприємець Губська Оксана Ігорівна (Individual Entrepreneur Oksana Ihorivna Hubska; the registered Ukrainian name is shown above). Tax identification number: 3547510241. Registration record: 2010350000000844346. Registered address: Україна, 51909, Дніпропетровська обл., м. Кам’янське, проїзд Ступака Юліана, будинок 14, квартира 3. Support: zibiiii63@gmail.com; telephone: +38 (068) 630-98-74. Current operator details are available on the Contact page.
When to contact us
Contact support for a duplicate or erroneous charge, paid access that was not delivered, incorrect order contents, failure by the operator to perform its obligations or another legal ground. Refund eligibility for used digital content is assessed against the circumstances and applicable law. These rules do not impose a blanket no-refund policy or limit mandatory user rights.
Making a request
Email zibiiii63@gmail.com with your account email or username, order or transaction number, date, amount, problem and preferred resolution. You may attach a receipt with unnecessary details concealed. A full card number, CVV, password or verification code is not needed. Additional necessary information may be requested to protect the account and verify the transaction. There is no strict requirement to report only within 24 hours; please report problems promptly.
Review and execution
Support checks the payment and delivered access, communicates its decision and, if approved, the amount and refund procedure. Refunds normally use the original payment method where supported; a different method is agreed separately. Actual crediting time depends on the provider and bank. You cannot retain both the refunded payment and the corresponding paid access. Unused wallet balance is reviewed separately with reference to its spending history.
Fees and disputes
The operator's commercial refund or chargeback costs do not automatically create a user penalty. Any permitted deduction requires a lawful ground and prior disclosure. Contacting support does not remove your right to contact your bank, a regulator or a court. Mandatory legal rights and time limits take precedence over these rules.
Disabled checkout and requests
External online checkout is temporarily disabled; this does not end rights concerning earlier paid transactions or refund enquiries. Creating, rejecting or cancelling an unpaid manual request does not itself charge funds or require a refund. Cancelling a local request does not cancel an external invoice already sent or a payment actually made; contact support in that case. Where money was actually received, a refund is assessed against the confirmed transaction, its amount and currency, agreed conversion terms and applicable law. A request status or screenshot does not replace checking the transaction.
