One coin = 1 Ukrainian hryvnia. For example, 100 coins = 100 UAH. A top-up does not itself purchase a book: access is acquired through a separate order.
Available methods, minimum top-up and limits appear in the wallet. The provider's payment page shows the amount and currency charged; your bank may apply its own exchange rate and fees. A one-off purchase does not authorise undisclosed recurring charges.
