Publication Rules
Any registered user may publish without a separate mandatory application. Monetisation is configured separately.
Original works
Publish material you created or may lawfully use. Do not present another person’s work as your own.
Translations
Provide the original title and author, source, original language, and translation language. Before publishing, accept the declaration that you have the right to publish the translation. Uploading a licence is not a mandatory technical prerequisite for setting a price; the necessary rights must exist before publication and sale. New publications and changes requiring review are submitted for moderation. Submission for review does not mean that material is already available to readers. Evidence of rights may be requested following a specific complaint or reasonable concern.
Labelling
Correctly label 18+ material, AI use, and other material characteristics. AI labelling does not remove responsibility for rights or content.
Prohibited content
Illegal material, plagiarism, infringement, child sexual exploitation, fraud, malicious files, and deliberate evasion of moderation decisions are prohibited.
Complaints and post-moderation
A new complaint starts a review but does not automatically prove a violation. A moderator may request information or act on the specific publication. Account-wide restrictions are reserved for confirmed repeated or large-scale violations and require a reason and audit trail.
Rightsholder contact
A rightsholder may use the internal complaint flow or send their name, contact, protected work, URL, description, and available supporting evidence to the rights email on the Contact page.
