1. Data we process
Registration and sign-in data include your email, name or pseudonym, username, email-verification information, protected password hash and sign-in sessions. If you use an external sign-in service, we receive the identifier and profile information you allow it to provide. Your public username, profile and published material can be seen by visitors; your email and payout details are not part of your public profile.
Service data include published books and artwork, comments, reviews, ratings, bookmarks, reading progress, follows, messages and support requests. Security and diagnostic data include IP address, browser and device information, request times, technical errors and records of significant actions.
For purchases and balance top-ups we process amounts, currencies, order contents and status, payment-provider transaction identifiers, and purchase and credit history. Full card details and CVV are entered on the provider's payment page; do not send them to Literna or support. Creator payout requests contain the recipient and payment details supplied by the creator to review and carry out the request.
2. Purposes and grounds
We process data to perform the contract: operate your account, provide digital access, save reading activity and handle orders and requests. We also process information necessary for applicable tax, accounting and other legal obligations. Account security, fraud prevention and fixing faults serve the operator's legitimate interests while respecting users' rights. Where particular processing requires consent, it is requested separately and can be withdrawn; withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing.
3. Cookies and third-party services
We use session cookies and language and interface preferences. Disabling necessary cookies can affect sign-in and saved preferences. Connected features may use Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection, external sign-in services, email delivery and visitor analytics, including Google Analytics. These services may receive technical identifiers, IP addresses and interaction data under their own policies. You can manage cookies in your browser. Language selection by GeoIP uses a local database.
4. Recipients and international processing
Authorised staff can access necessary information. Hosting, email-delivery, security and connected payment providers receive the information necessary for their functions. Information may be disclosed to competent authorities on a lawful basis. International providers may process data outside your country; legally required grounds and safeguards apply. Private payment details are not published.
5. Retention and security
Account and reading data are retained while necessary to operate the account. On a deletion request, we assess what can be deleted or anonymised. Order, payout, terms-acceptance, dispute and security records are retained to the extent and for the period necessary for legal obligations, defending rights and investigating specific incidents. Backup copies are removed through scheduled replacement. We restrict access to private data and use HTTPS; no service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your rights
You can request information about your data, access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing, or withdraw consent where consent is the ground. Portability and other rights are provided where required by applicable law. Email zibiiii63@gmail.com from your account's address and describe your request. Reasonable identity verification may be needed to protect the account. We respond without undue delay within applicable legal time limits. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority.
7. Children and changes
18+ content is intended for adults only and governed by the 18+ policy. Obtain a legal representative's consent where required to use the service. Report unlawful processing of a child's data to support. New revisions are published with a date and version. Where a change of purpose or new consent is required, merely continuing to visit the site does not replace that consent.
8. Manual top-up requests and analytics choices
If a manual request feature is available in your account, reviewing it requires the full name in Latin letters, bank country, US state where applicable, email for receiving a payment request, EUR amount, consent record and request status you provide. When a credit is agreed, we also keep the agreed UAH amount and exchange rate, time and identifier of the confirmed transaction. A request is not a payment and does not credit the balance by itself.
These details are available to the request owner and authorised finance administrators for review and processing. Necessary data may be shared with Payoneer and a payment request sent only where a suitable permitted service is available and you separately and explicitly agree to receive that request at the stated email. Until a permitted method is activated, requests are not passed to the provider and invoices are not sent. A disabled feature does not mean payment acceptance is connected. Do not send a card number, CVV, password or one-time code.
Request information is kept while needed for review and fulfilment. Following cancellation or completion, only information required by law, to document the transaction or resolve a dispute is retained; contact support to request correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent.
Optional Google Analytics is loaded only after explicit permission in cookie preferences. Declining does not restrict reading or purchases. Sign-in, language and appearance cookies support the functions you choose; the analytics preference cookie keeps your choice for up to one year. Google receives technical information and usage events while analytics is enabled; advertising personalisation is not enabled. Use Cookie preferences in the footer to change your choice or withdraw consent. Turning analytics off stops event sending and deletes analytics cookies accessible to the site. Turning the setting off alone does not promise deletion of information already sent to Google.
