Price and currency
Book, chapter and chapter-set prices are in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH). The selected product, access, applicable discounts and total are shown before confirmation. If an offer changes, review the updated total before paying.
Reader wallet
One payment-balance coin equals 1 UAH: 100 coins = 100 UAH. A balance top-up does not itself purchase a book; paid access is acquired through a separate order. Coins are used for payments within Literna and are not cryptocurrency, a deposit or an investment product. Reader payment balance and creator earnings are separate.
Payment methods and conversion
Currently available methods, minimum top-up and method limits are displayed in the wallet and on the payment page. Unavailable or not-yet-connected methods are not represented as working. If settlement uses another currency, the provider displays the amount and currency charged; your bank may apply its own exchange rate and fees. Review the payment-page total before confirming. Rates negotiated with partners are not automatically added to a product's published price.
Confirmation and delivery
Top-ups and purchases are paid after confirmation by the payment system, not merely after returning to the site. Order status and contents are available in your account. Digital access is delivered to your account following payment confirmation; rereading the same purchased access does not require another payment. If payment is pending, check its status and contact support before paying again.
Security and questions
Enter card details with the payment provider. Never send support your CVV, password, one-time codes or private keys. For missing access, incorrect charges or a refund, email zibiiii63@gmail.com with the order number. The Refund Rules and mandatory consumer rights apply.
Current availability and manual requests
As of this edition, external online checkout is temporarily disabled. Previous top-up methods do not accept new payments. A purchase using an existing balance, where available in the interface, remains a separate transaction at the displayed UAH price; free content does not require a top-up.
The prepared manual Payoneer request form does not itself send an invoice, charge money or confirm payment. Processing is possible only after a suitable service permitted by the provider for the relevant payers and transactions is connected. Standard Request a Payment is not intended for consumer ecommerce checkout and cannot be treated as an active Literna payment method. Availability is shown in your account.
An available manual request asks for a full name in Latin letters, bank country, request email, US state where applicable, and an amount of at least EUR 20. This is Literna’s minimum request threshold; the provider may impose a different permitted minimum and restrictions. The wallet is denominated in UAH: a EUR amount is not the same amount in UAH. The credited amount, exchange rate and applicable fees must be disclosed and agreed before payment; an unavailable quote is not replaced with an invented rate. An authorised administrator credits the balance once after checking the transaction actually received. Returning to the site, a screenshot or a request status alone does not prove receipt of money.
