Scope
The platform allows users to read and publish electronic works, chapters, translations and artwork. A paid offer covers only a specific available product and its stated contents. Current pricing is available on the Prices and Rates page, the work's page and checkout. Future features, unpublished chapters or physical goods are not included without an express statement.
Contract terms
The User Agreement, Payment Rules and Refund Rules, in the editions published on those pages, form part of this offer. Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Publishing is governed by separately accepted publication rules and permissions for the material.
Acceptance and price
Users expressly accept the offer through the registration or order interface; the acceptance version and time are recorded. Price, currency, access contents and discounts are displayed before purchase confirmation. A one-off access purchase does not authorise undisclosed recurring charges. Wallet top-ups and content purchases are distinct; one payment-balance coin equals 1 UAH.
Performance and rights
Access is delivered to your account after payment confirmation for personal use. Copyright is not transferred to the purchaser. Refunds and complaints are reviewed under published rules and applicable law. This offer does not waive mandatory consumer rights. Future price or document changes do not retrospectively change an already paid order's contents.
