User Agreement
This agreement governs using Literna to read, publish and purchase access to digital works. Revision date: 1 October 2026.
Operator and contact
Literna (https://literna.net) is operated by Фізична особа-підприємець Губська Оксана Ігорівна (Individual Entrepreneur Oksana Ihorivna Hubska; the registered Ukrainian name is shown above). Tax identification number: 3547510241. Registration record: 2010350000000844346. Registered address: Україна, 51909, Дніпропетровська обл., м. Кам’янське, проїзд Ступака Юліана, будинок 14, квартира 3. Support: zibiiii63@gmail.com; telephone: +38 (068) 630-98-74. Current operator details are available on the Contact page.
1. Service and contract
Literna is a platform for electronic books, chapters, translations and artwork. Free material is available according to its access settings; paid access covers only the specific offer you select. This agreement applies together with the Public Offer, Privacy Policy, Payment Rules and Refund Rules. Registration and placing an order involve expressly accepting the presented terms. Viewing a public page does not confirm a payment or waive mandatory rights.
2. Account
Provide accurate registration information, protect your password and do not share account access with others. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password and contact support. Account recovery and email verification use the procedures provided by the service. Minors use the service with their legal representative's involvement where required by law. 18+ material is available only to adults under the separate policy.
3. Reading and purchases
A purchase grants personal access to the specified book, chapter or chapter set in your Literna account; it does not transfer copyright or permit resale or distribution. The access contents, price, discounts and total are displayed before you confirm an order. Access follows payment confirmation. Purchasing a published part does not promise unwritten chapters, completion of the work or a printed edition unless expressly included in the offer.
4. Publishing and rights
Creators may upload only material they are entitled to use and must follow the Publication Rules. Translations require the necessary rights to the original work and translation. Public availability, importing a work or a user's rights declaration does not by itself prove permission to publish or sell it.
Copyright remains with its owners. By uploading material, a creator permits the platform to store, technically process and display it within the selected publication settings and separately accepted licence terms. Additional uses requiring separate permission do not follow automatically from registration. Creators are responsible for their information, age labels and third-party rights.
5. Creator earnings and payouts
Product pricing and availability are set in the creator workspace. Commission and revenue allocation are recorded in sale terms and shown in the finance section; payment-provider commercial terms do not automatically become an additional reader tariff. Withdrawable earnings account for credits, holds, refunds and existing requests. A payout is requested separately and reviewed manually under the current workspace conditions; submitting a request is not a completed transfer.
6. Prohibited actions and moderation
Copyright infringement, illegal content, fraud, malicious files, accessing others' private data, evading restrictions or paid access, spam and harassment are prohibited. The operator may review a complaint, request rights evidence, hide disputed material or proportionately restrict account functions with a stated reason. A complaint alone does not establish wrongdoing. You may appeal to support. Legal obligations concerning paid access or refunds continue to apply.
7. Support, faults and liability
Maintenance and technical faults may temporarily interrupt the service. Report a problem with the page, time and order number, if available. The operator reviews requests and responds through the published support email. This agreement does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or remove mandatory consumer rights or your right to contact a court, regulator or your bank.
8. Changes and ending use
New revisions are published with a date and version. Already paid order terms do not change retrospectively; new acceptance is requested where necessary. You may stop using the service and request account deletion through support. Information that must be retained by law or for a dispute is handled under the Privacy Policy. Ukrainian law and any mandatory user-protection rules applicable to the particular relationship apply.
