Literna is getting closer: new sign-in options, Krapka and an updated look
· 2 min
The last few days have been busy as we continue preparing Literna for a full launch and gradually open more of the platform's features.
🔐 Signing in is now easier and safer
Literna now supports several ways to sign in:
- email and password;
- Google;
- Telegram;
- X.
Email registrations now include email verification, while automated registration protection helps reduce bots and spam.
We have also improved the “Remember me” option, so users who enable it no longer have to sign in again every time they return.
An account with an unverified email can still read stories, use the library and purchase books, while publishing and public interactions become available after email verification.
🖤 Meet Krapka
Literna now has its own mascot — Krapka.
Krapka is a small drop of ink representing both the beginning of a new story and the period that completes a thought.
You will gradually see Krapka throughout Literna: in empty states, hints, onboarding and other parts of the interface where the mascot can make the platform feel a little more alive.
🎨 A refreshed visual identity
We have also prepared a new Literna logo, favicon and web app icons.
This is only the beginning. Next, we will continue improving the home page, catalog, creator and translator dashboards, and other parts of the platform.
Thank you to everyone already testing Literna, sending feedback and helping us find even the smallest issues.
Development continues.
